that’s actually not a healthy lifestyle. I did that for two years at my dad’s and I didn’t realise how not-good it was ‘til I moved.

but I don’t want to stay up there and watch their crappy movie in french, or be forced to sit around and listen to them have entire conversations in french while they complain about how I’m “not being social”

they just don’t want me to eat downstairs it wouldn’t be an issue if they realized that I’m neat about it argh parents

But aaagh I understand the french thing, like I’ll go over to my grandparents house because they asked us over for dinner and then the ENTIRE CONVERSATION is in French so my brother and I are just sitting there awkwardly.
