December 2010
It changes day to day, depending mainly on what fandom I’ve been most into. As I write this, it’s Doctor Who himself. Yesterday it would’ve been Jim Kirk or Spock. Months earlier, Roy Mustang or Edward Elric. Sometime in between, Spencer Reid. A year ago, Cpt. Jack Sparrow.
But to me, it doesn’t always matter who you’re meeting, but the adventure you’re on.

Endurance.
Cooking skill.
Faster, more impulsive thinking.
More ingenius thinking. Creative thinking.
Ability to fly.
Sign language.
Space flight.
Understanding of physics.
And this is why I love the world, because there’s so much more to learn, and this is not even close to an eighth.

You know, I’ll probably never have sex with a guy. I’ll never read Pride and Prejudice. I’ll never walk from Kingston to Vancouver. I’ll never resent the idea of children. I’ll never believe I’m too fat or skinny, or severely imperfect in any way. I’ll never agree with Westboro Baptist Church. I’ll never give up my friends.

U MAD? U MAD?
I’M HAVING THE FUCKING TIME OF MY LIFE.
No really, though, this is fun.

Okay, maybe I should go play BBS now…

.
Nope, still entranced by tablet.
Still trying to figure it out, but I must say, it is huuuge! ‘Course, I can’t use it to it’s fullest capabilities because dad’s stupid laptop doesn’t have a disk drive. I can’t download anything for it, and so it’s just being used as a giant touchpad right now.
Nifty thing. SO THIN.
Viki and I were playing Pictionary with that Wii Draw pad thing. She was the one with the stylus, I was supposed to guess what she was attempting to portray.
Me being, well, me, every time she made a line I guessed something like, “A box! A Duck! Superman!”
She draws a hand. Then another hand. Then a ball on top of the hands. Then a stick on the ball.
I guessed Twilight! And I was right— the card itself was probably hinting towards more of the time-of-day twilight, but no, she had to draw the book cover.
<3 Made my day, hanging out with her.
DURRRR.
DURRRR.
